Straight answers to the real questions.
The things owners actually ask us — cost, time, Google, ownership — answered the way we'd want them answered.
How much does a website cost?
Most small-business sites start at $500, and you'll always get a written, fixed quote after a free call — before any work begins. The number moves with size and features: a one-page site for a lawn crew sits near the anchor, while a restaurant with mobile ordering runs more. No hourly surprises, no invoices you didn't see coming.
How long does it take?
Most sites go from first call to live in 2–3 weeks, with two rounds of revisions included along the way. E-commerce and larger builds can take a little longer — you'll know the timeline in your quote.
I've never had a website. Is that a problem?
It's our specialty. Most of our favorite projects are first-ever websites. You don't need a domain, a logo, photos, or “content” — we handle every piece and explain it all in plain English. You bring the business; we bring everything else.
Do I need to write the words or take photos?
No. You talk about your business — we turn it into pages that sell. We'll tell you which photos are worth taking on your phone, and we art-direct or source the rest. Nothing goes live until it sounds like you and looks right.
Will people actually find me on Google?
That's the first lever of every build: your site launches indexed, mapped, and structured the way Google rewards, with your Google Business Profile set up properly. Fair warning from us: rankings grow over weeks and months, not overnight — anyone promising instant #1 is selling something.
What happens after launch — can I make changes?
Both options are real: we teach you how to make simple updates yourself at launch, or the care plan handles everything for you — content changes, security, backups, and same-day support. Your choice, month to month.
Can my website take orders, bookings, or payments?
Yes. Mobile ordering for cafes and food trucks, deposits for trades and charters, direct reservations for rentals, pay-by-link for everyone else — whatever matches how money already moves through your business. It all runs on trusted payment providers, in your name, going to your accounts.
Who owns the website?
You do — domain, files, design, content, all of it, registered in your name. If we ever part ways, everything comes with you. No lock-in, no hostage situations.
I already have a website, but it's old. Where do I start?
With a free, honest look at what you've got. Sometimes a redesign is the answer; sometimes the bones are fine and it needs speed, SEO, and a better quote form. We'll tell you which — including if the cheapest fix is one we don't sell.
Do you work with businesses outside Hawaiʻi?
Yes — the whole process runs over calls, texts, and email, so we build for owners across the U.S. Hawaiʻi is home and sets our pace: plain talk, same-day replies, no runaround.
Something we didn't cover? Ask us directly — same-day reply on weekdays.
